- For severe cases, we offer a Replacement Policy for items that appear defective upon arrival. A broken jar is not covered under this policy.
- To be eligible, goods must be unused and undamaged and accompanied by a picture of the issue within 7 business days.
- If you feel that your item was defective upon arrival, please email shamelessreveal@gmail.com with the subject 'Replacement' and include your order number, name, and the reason for the request with photos.
- Please note that there is a $4.99 processing fee.
- When request is received, the customer will receive an email to confirm receipt of request, and notification regarding the status of the request. If no issue is found, the replacement request may be denied.
- If the replacement is approved, then it will be processed and customer can choose between store credit or credit to the original card utilized during purchase.
